 BUILT AROUND A BRAND NEW UNREGISTED HARLEY DAVIDSON NIGHT TRAIN FOR ST LEGER HARLEY DEALERSHIP AT DONCASTER, SOUTH YORKSHIRE

THE MODS ARE AS FOLLOWS

Fitted with Jorn Warrior front forks with 6 degrees rake with 2 inch overs with black anodized finish.

Jorn warrior halogen headlamp with black anodized finish.

Jorn headlamp mounting block again in black aodized finish.

Jorn warrior callipher mounts to adapt Jorn forks to standard 4 piston left and right sides finished in black anodized.

Fitted with a Ricks 250 swing arm and offset kit with 250 rear Avon venom with front and rear fenders refinished to match factory paintwork.

Converted to hydraulic clutch with Polar Cycles Hydraulic end cover and performance machine 11/16 master cylinder in black anodized finish all other hand controls and switches by Performance Machine.

Also converted to internal throttle and fitted with Polar Cycles bespoke grips(all cable switch wiring and hydraulic hoses are threaded internally through bars and risers giving a clean unclutted look to front end)

All bare steel or fabricated parts have been finished in a nylon based powdercoating for durability and cosmetic appeal.

Light Con front and rear 3 spoke alloy wheels in satin black powder coat with matching Light Con floating wavy discs with custom black finish to wheels.

Added a Harley Davidson 4 pot callipher to right hand fork leg along with fully floating disc to improve stopping power to front brake.

A new rear light finished in black anodized with matching bracket.

EXHAUST MODIFICATIONS

Super trap fully tuneable race cans utilizing standard header pipes and heat shields refinished in black.

These do not need to be changed or a stage 1 tune simply purchase  disc pack and add discs to required back presure.
